Just signed up for 3 years of Business Ultimate.

So far throughout my career, I have been with Hostgator, Godaddy, Namecheap, and Hostwinds

By far my best experience has been with Hostwinds. Peter, the guy who runs the company is a stand up guy, always does a good job settling the issue if there was any.

Also it pissed me off that HostGator does not allow you to install Piwik so thats another reason why I signed up with Hostwinds.

So +1 for these guys, they are a great host. It would be great to see Bitcoin added as a payment option, I am sure they would get lots of new customers from the Bitcoin community.

I signed up for the level 7 vps yesterday. So far I'm very pleased with the responses from support related to an issue with the auto-allocation of IP addresses. If I may make a quick suggestion, in the client area details for a user's plan, it lists the ip addresses allocated but not the CSM. I know it's just being picky but I'm not used to being on a /24 and that was the last thing I thought to configure my interfaces with.

When I signed up for this service, I honestly expected to be underwhelmed, much like digital ocean was for me, but was pleasantly surprised.

Support was on top of my questions and proactively handled some issues that most companies would have waited for me to raise.

Disk access is very fast, I don't know if you're using SSD's or not but I'm pleased with the performance.

Control panel is intuitive and easy to navigate, far better than some of the providers I've used. I like the "one stop shop" feel regarding existing services and what's available to me in the future. I particularly like the mesh of VM level control (reboot/hardware settings/network interfaces) as well as OS level controls.

Bandwidth is responsive with latency below that of most core routers along the hops.

I could go on but it's only been a day, that being said, I would highly recommend this company based upon what I've experienced!

Got my VPS up and running in no time! I'm glad I decided to try this offer. This is the first time i bought a Window VPS and so far everything worked fine! I guess now I can run my GSA which hasn't used ever since I bought that.
