Is your account phone verified? I had the same problem yesterday, all I needed to do was phone verify my account, disable monetization, then enable it again and it got approved automatically.

Just let it go under review if your video has no copyrighted materials in it, it will be approved.

Not happening with me. Is it a video that has already been uploaded to YouTube or is not yours? Maybe something in their system is raising a red flag and that's why it goes under review.

I have noticed the same thing as well.
It's very annoying for sure.
I post a couple of videos a day (all mine, made by myself) and recently, almost all the time, 'under review' mark shows up.
The mark usually went away in a minute or two then changed into 'monetized' mark as usual.
But some of videos I made (with zero copyright violation) got stuck in 'under review' mark and stays there for days.
In those cases, I just turned off 'monetize' for that particular video since although it's mine, it's not worth it to go through submitting proof documents blah, blah, blah, when in reality, I only makes few dollars per video.
It's really strange since I'm on a good standing in all the areas of Youtube partnership with 100% clean record.

Happened with a client of mine a few months back, what you can do is turn of monetization during the upload, leave it for a few hours, and then enable it.

I'm just trying to upload clips from a new show without out monetizing with a phone verified account and my videos always get ghosted in the first minute. I tryed chnaging video an audio and it YT catches it in the first frame. I was however able to upload the intro and got 30k views in 4 days completely naturally only posting on a few social media site where it then went kinda viral I guess. Even ranking on page one of google lol. But I can't get anything else up! gigity

They are also checking old videos you have uploaded,I just lost one video which is getting me $100 per day, that's just because it have 7 seconds of copyrighted visual content from another company in 24+ minutes of video :S

Hey guys same thing happened to me I post video & recently all uploads are "under review" ...back then that went away in a few sec and now nothing after days.. :/ what can i do? somebody found solution?

That happens to me too. What I do is delete the video. Rename the video to the same category. (example: Entertainment). Upload it again and while uploading, I set it to unlisted. After uploading is finished, go back to video manager and click on the monetize icon and monetized it. Refresh, it will be monetized after a few seconds up to a minute. Then edit your title, description, tags and category then save. If you use annotations, edit it too. After that, set it to public. This works for me perfectly.
