this hosting must be joke. your own website is not functioning properly. 'Buy now' buttons are not working, that's alright if you don't want new clients, but what support i can expect if 'email us' not working.

Im so disappointed in this service...
I have ordered web hosting but actually my website got some Firewall that was blocking all my visits (maybe because of suspicious in DDoS, i don't know) and i just asked them for cancellation (without offensive). And... They cancelled my account i did not received my money back (refund). Already waiting for ~20 days.

Well, I just responded to your support ticket and assigned it to the appropriate department. You can't really expect to message Tech support and get a refund, do you?

The 'Buy now' buttons that are not working are supposed to be like that - we're simply out of stock, or not providing that particular service at this point.

The Live Support problem, which was an Ajax issue, has been fixed now. Thanks for letting us know.
