Need Chinese VPS or VPN 30X

Hi,

I am in need of about 30 different Chinese VPS'es, with guaranteed fresh IP's. Will be used for ebay. VPN would also be OK if can guarantee that the IP's aren't blacklisted and everything will work with Ebay.
This would be a regular business.

A simple search on Google could have given you the answer. I personally cant recommend on any though.

I think Chinese or Russian proxy type sites can provide that not US.Europe or Asia Based sites normally provide Chines VPS or IPs

Best bet I think would be to go to webhostingtalk forums and get a cheap dedicated server in China (cheap in China is $150), install virtual software (Xen or Proxmox are good free ones) and then setup your 30 Linux VPS with squid
