Well, typically Hotmail has better grammar when giving errors like this, so I assume this is not the case . I'm 101% our automated system doesn't resell accounts... I created it. The reason you may be getting that error could be 1 of 2 things:

1. You sent emails out on another alias account of that group of accounts. That does still count as the mail limit for the entire group, which is why we say these accounts aren't really meant for mailing

2. You caused the accounts to get blocked by other means (logging in by not following our special, manual, login process, etc). There's a multitude of other reasons that I can't pinpoint with the info I have.

You need to first buy BIMs, then go to the Hotmail page and purchase the hotmail accounts.
