Hello! I've purchased a Starter Plan and activated very quickly very good support! Good security also, you know why? because i locked out myself because multiple FTP connection trying, im newbie and i cant configure Filezilla (auth error always). 
How much time i needed to my ban getting expired? I can login from my private net but i need to work at home and that home IP is fixed (i mean static). Pelase review my ticket: #800922

I recently just signed up for a VPS server to setup multiple sites on.
The support of this service was excellent. They moved all my sites from Godaddy to the VPS and everybody knows what a bitch GoDaddy can be especially when trying to transfer to a different host. These guys made it extremely easy. And when I had other problems with my site's being setup the owner got on skype and gave me ONE-ON-ONE support for at least 3 hours. He was very patient while I talked to GoDaddy support and didn't log off skype until my problems were completely fixed.
The main reason I wanted to move my sites was because they were UBER slow. After getting my sites moved, they sped up a great deal. One of the speed tests I did before moving from godaddy said my site was slower than 90% of all sites. After moving to the VPS, my site is now FASTER than 40% of all sites. A HUGE improvement so overall I'm happy with this service. Especially because of the excellent support.
I will definitely recommend to try out this provider if you're looking for offshore hosting with speed and excellent support.
