The article reads like the writer was having a writer's block and trying to get it done. The flow was extremely bad and there are numerous spelling mistakes as well. It took him almost 4 days to write this quality of article.

Here's a little part of it:

As for me, I ordered from him once, everything was fine. The second time I ordered from him, I ordered 20 articles. Quality was ok, even though you can find better writers. The most annoying thing was that he delivered the articles VERY LATE, without even warning me about the delay...

1/10 : I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM.
