Great... Another super-overly-fluffy BHW service, with tons of hard-to-believe reviews, coming only from customers who seem to be the seller's best friend!

I'm kinda shy to admit that, but this was my first thought after reading this thread's reviews.
Anyway, I almost gave up my ambitions to find a good, reliable and fast hosting company. Every hosting company I used so far have failed me. Godaddy, hostgator, bluehost... you name it! It came to a point where I was planning to start my own hosting company, just because it seemed like NOBODY is offering a GOOD and RELIABLE service, a service where both the client and the company will be happy to work with each other. True story, I also checked the prices for servers and calculated all possible costs.

Luckily I was wrong! Good hosting companies actually exist!
(BUT are extremely hard to find with all the hostgator shit around!)

After my ex-hosting company totally disappointed me, I had to find a new one as quickly as humanly possible. Then I found Hostwinds special offer for BlackFriday. I already shared with you my initial thoughts about this particular BST, but there was nothing to lose, so I headed over to their website. A warm "Hi, how may I help you?" came from the live-chat (Good sign!). Long story short, I was chatting with this live-chat-support-girl for maybe 2 hours, asking all kind of possible dumb questions, just to make sure they are professionals who know what they are doing.

Since the girl (Sorry Emma!) didn't go nuts after all my silly questions, I thought I would give Hostwinds a shot. Thanks to the BlackFriday discount I got a kick-ass Premium VPS on the cheap! YAY!

Then, I was simply amazed!

I know every ecommerce on the web is busy as sh!t around Black Friday, but this wasn't an obstacle for Hostwinds. My VPS was settuped in less than 25 minutes after I made my purchase. Then I performed a few tests, just to test the speed. WOW! - it seemed like I have found the company I have been searching for! Great price, Awesome support, Making my website load fast - all of this combined in 1 company. Thank you guys, this is exactly what I wanted!


P.S. I rarely EVER give reviews to anyone. This is my second or third review since I registered in BHW. Highly recommended service!

3) I'm sorry but cPanel does not run on windows VPS's, only on Linux VPS's

I really appreciate the kind words, it gives me faith that my mission that I had when I started this company, is starting to take shape. I wanted to provide affordable hosting to the masses, with customer service and support being the focus. I don't want people to buy our hosting because we have the best prices. I wan't for people to go with us because we have the best support.




I had always hated my hosting companies. It was kind of like my internet provider, I was with them because I had to be and I "needed them" but I didn't exactly like anything about them. The process of switching hosts was always a nightmare, and I just figured it was "The way things were". It was because of these terrible experiences that I started hostwinds, I wanted to create something better, a client focused organization, that puts it client's first. I wanted to create a support team focused on helping people, not finding excuses on why it's not our fault. I really do want to make a difference in the way people view hosting, and so comments like this really do make me happy. We couldn't do it without all of our amazing client's, thanks for all you do .

I'm a customer and I have to say I have not had 1 problem with hostwinds so far. I'm going to be upgrading sometime this weekend when i have time. I think hostwinds might be my go to hosting for all my needs except some when i need a offshore server

Hostwinds will be a force to be reckon with in the near future. I was going to ask how long this deal is going for but I just read it will be throughout he weekend in his other post above

My only compliant is they will suspend your server if your not even 1 day late on payment but hey that is my fault I forgot to pay. Most others give you some time in case you forgot or in the hospital or whatever the case may be

Dude, Hostwinds are very flexible with that! You just have to tell it to the support and they can delay your invoice payement date!
I'm using hostwinds since long time and I can say that it's the best hosting service i've ever found on internet. The team is just AWSOME the support are very friendly and ready to assiste you on any matter and very quickly compared to my different services on internet and not only hosting!

Peter I have a little question. I already have a Budget Hosting lvl 7, If I upgrade it with the promo coupon would I take advantage of the lifetime deal or is it for just one month? I Asked the support they told me that it applies for one month, but I see on one of the answers that it can be for a lifetime. Would you please clarify that point as I would love to upgrade my vps. Nevermind OP. Just bought a Win VPS.
Just logged in and it appears to be WAAAAY faster than the one I had for the same price! I couldn't let this deal get away!
