Do they check for plagiarism? I have received two pretty much exact copies from ezine since this morning? I am not paying "elite" quality for the time it takes a kid to click a button and scrape a page.

Any idea where I can find writers that actually spend some time researching and are able to write something that is worth reading? Willing to pay around $15-20 per 600-700 words.

The only reason that I am not using the BST is that I want to have complete control for each article so the process of accepting or rejecting things on iwriter is something that I like.

Where do you find writers and how much do you pay?

I used iwrite before and it worked out great for me

Im not sure what happened with your order

It's not the best place to order articles for your money site. There are people using software go generate the content :( The content may pass a Copyscape test, but may not be unique in Google's eyes at all. If you want articles for your money sites try freelance websites, if you want to you garbage content for Tier 1, Tier 2 etc use iWriter.

I used to use TextBroker because of the rating system. It works pretty well. We partnered with HireWriters too, and they get some decent results

You mentioned that you are selecting elite writers? New writers are good to give a chance to however many of them do not know what they are doing and will pull crap like that. Try finding yourself a team of dedicated writers that have proved themselves.

there are plenty of writers in bst, I use elite articles by andreas and the wandering pen, they research the topic before they write.

I put an order for 12 700 words elite articles on iwriter a couple of days ago. From these, one was simply copied from ezine and pasted with a couple of words changed in the first two paragraphs that I checked.

The other article was also copied and the guy/girl must have used some ridiculous spinner too because the synonyms were a bit funny too (had never heard of these words too).

I got 3-4 that were ok quality and 1-2 that were good. The rest was complete crap. I also feel bad about the time people spend to write the crap they write because it's not that everyone cheats. It's just that not everyone needs to and can be be a writer....

I sent an email to iwriter and complained and he came back to me but he basically wrote a couple of sentences which actually meant "well I make money..people rate...everything is fine". I also reported one case as spam but nothing was done.

That's the last order I put there because I had to accept the least crappy articles that were sent to me and I ended up spending $150 and I will need to rewrite all this crap myself. People confuse IM with clicking buttons and having money popping out from the floppy drive. I made a promise to myself that I will never (again) in my life buy anything that was advertised on warriorforum or DP.

Its been long time since i order something from iWriter, used to be good.

I found a guy on Fiverr (I usually avoid Fiverr), that I've been using for a while now. At first I was skeptical but the more I used him, I realized he was consistent (and high quality too). We ended up moving from Fiverr to just doing business outside of the platform. He's absolutely killer though. I have him pumping out tons of content for my sites. From review articles to detailed articles about how to do stuff.

I just sent you a PM (as I can't post links since I haven't been established long enough).

Hopefully that helps you out, as I seriously know EXACTLY where you're coming from. It's really difficult to find quality writers.

How much are you paying him?

$5 per 500 words. And yes, he is a premium writer - native English speaker too, lives in Vegas. I have really high standards when it comes to writing, so I am very picky. I went through all the writers on Fiverr and spent like seriously over $100, found a few good ones. He was the one I ended up going back to again and again.

I have used iwriter before and end re-writing the articles myself. The owner should have a way to screen their
writers before they are allowed to accept projects!

I have had some success with fiverr in the past too. I find the best way to get quality writers is order a project from about 10 different writers at once and see which few produce the best results.

Out of 10 you will end up with 2 or 3 that are generally good, maybe even one exceptional writer. Keep using these writers for all your projects.

Cheers,

Burgh

IWriter uses a program to check for plagiarism, unfortunately, no program is unbeatable. People get smart and find ways to trick any plagiarism program on the market. To blame IWriter for this does not seem fair at all. They also provide you with many possible writers that you choose from in the end. You have the privilege of choosing any writer from that mass, but obviously a few crackheads will pop through. You can simply move on to the next writer.

I appreciate you are attempting to get paid for your post
Code:

and therefore are writing utter rubbish, but in case someone reads this and does not know - let's set the record straight.

I asked for a 250 word article on a topic, and received 700 well written words on given topic. It was not what I wanted, but it was very well written and I thought I could easily just chop of the surplus words as I didn't want to reject something that had taken so much effort.

After accepting I find it is copied and pasted word for word from EZA. On complaining I got some boiler plate response and did not get my money back inspite of contacting the support desk several times. I was pretty pissed - not for the money, but the time wasted and the principle.

This site sucks for writers and requesters and that's why they have to bribe people to post fake reviews on IM forums in an attempt to improve their image; because they do not know how to provide a good experience to either group for this to happen naturally.

iWriter is not a good place to request/buy articles. Some of their writers don't have any idea about the topic at all. They are spinning
articles from ezine and other article submission sites.

That's why I used constant content. They check for plagiarism and poor quality, so I know I'm getting quality. I used constant content for higher quality stuff and textbroker for fluff general stuff, but with textbroker sometimes I have to edit or ask for revision. With CC I get to just pick an article from a list.

i have just discovered http://www.dremdesigns.com, he has a BST here

i ordered an article, best quality i have ever bought

Personally, I've found the best solution to just hire writers directly from the Philippines as "employees". This of course is assuming you have a decent amount of work that needs to be done. It takes some time to find the right writers, but when you do, it's like putting money in the bank. Right now, I have two full time writers, working 40 hrs per week. They do between 2000-2500 words per 8 hour shift. The cost? 14,000 PHP / month each, which right now is about $316 USD per month. In a month time span, I get between 44,000-48,000 words for approximately $316. Yes, that's less than 1 cent per word. If you look hard enough, you can find VERY good writers. The two I have right now write better than I do.
