There's a dude named Christian that put together an excellent tutorial for this exact pupose. The best part is it's completely free. Use the AOL one, it's the fastest IP you'll be able to find. Also they will always be from the same geo-location so you won't run into problem associated with logging in from different parts of a country or the world. It would be perfect for what you're asking for, and you won't find anything with better speed either. Just make an AOL account and then download that client and set the connection settings as stated in that thread. Shouldn't take more than 5-10 minutes from start to finish. Also once you login on home network and get the AOL IP, it will work for any browser you use as well, not just the one inside of AOL. You could also just as easily get a VPS but the AOL solution is a free one.

I suggest purchasing VPS or VPN and static/dedicated ip for your needs, you can look around on the forum for hosting offers.
