strange youtube tags

I look to source code of one channel videos and found that in his tags (keywords) except thematic tags, he has this:

\u0442\u0443\u0440\u043d\u0438\u0440,\u043a\u0430\u043a \u043e\u0442\u043a\u0440\u044b\u0442\u044c

what it can be? some tricks for optimization?


Also, what is better for video, to write more different tags or only few main tags?

Note sure about your findings but to answer your question, fewer main tags for your target keywords are the best way to go.

typed that kws on youtube search button and it returned some videos wich are using this codes as titles..weird !!

These are just tags in CYRILLIC alphabet

the first tag:

\u0442\u0443\u0440\u043d\u0438\u0440

actually means "Турнир" or "Turnir" in latin alphabet. eng "Tournament, Competition" these codes are just letters


The tags are written in cyrillic alphabet. It's probably targeting russian, serbian, greek... audience.

I hope I helped I don't think this are some secret optimization tricks.
