Oh I forgot to mention, Google is looking at anchor text of high PR sites to determine its relevancy to the links on the actual PR domain...is it possible I could receive

a. High PR domains with brand name/generic anchor text (where google is not sure what its in relation to, therefore I can "create" relevancy based on my niche)

OR

b. High PR domains with relevant anchor text in relation to my clients niche
