I already got 1 domain and planning to buy again but coupon does not work. I think it only works 1 domain per account. From NC "Each domain registration related coupon code is limited to 1 domain per business or household and includes the option for 1 free year of both WhoisGuard and Open-Xchange Personal Email."

You can get 1 domain using 0.98 on namecheap. and another 0.98 domain on cyber monday.
Transfer are limited to 10, so if you have domain in different registrar, and you dont want to renew it because of their price. simply transfer it to namecheap using 0.98 and you will have whois+1 year more registration.

Contact their live chat, she said I'd be refunded in a few minutes, will wait and see. They should honestly put a lot more coupons out than 300, second time it's happened and mainly because I have to sit at the process page for 15 minutes because their servers get messed up

I clicked the buy button on paypal but namecheap servers didn't respond so I had to close the window. I then tried to order again and this time it worked. I ended up getting charged twice and got the same "Items related failed" email as you did. I contacted live chat support and they refunded my money.
The lesson: don't wait forever until the paypal payment goes through because it won't. Instead, simply try to order again. Worst case scenario: you have to request a refund for the double charge.
Hey i asked them to reprocess the orders for me with the same amount and they did it and now my domains are in my account. You can try the same thing for your domains. Anyway thanks for your suggestion
