Page merging and renaming

Got 10 request from various members..Want to clarify one thing from seniors members from this forum.Is it legal to charge 5-10 $ to explain people the method or doing there work..Because i already spent 3-4 hrs on different people teaching and doing work them for free..

Arab proxy method is still live,but you get japan,korea or Chinese symbol at the end..

Do any one know any New Tricks to Merge my Pages.
 
I've just changed the name of my company and so i have only 170 fans on my new fanpage... Is still possible to merge with my old fanpage to don't loose the old 1600 fans?
(Is the trick of suggestion still working?) i don't want to spare time and then loose again the new 170 fans passing them to the old named fanpage...

impossible to merge with different names, I checked the rules Fb says pages with same names can be merged.
