So yesterday I purchased 2 domains at godaddy, I also got the deluxe hosting plan ($5.99).

But my question now is: I have 2 domains but i can only seem to put 1 under the hosting. I thought the deluxe hosting lets you use more. I can seem to switch the 2 but only 1 will be hosted ( under : godaddy -> my account -> web hosting -> launch (domain1) -> All Hosting Accounts ->Select an account to manage: here i can chose domain1 or domain2).

I found something that says under domains (under the 1 hosting account) you have something that says addon domains and that it should be added there. But then there only seems to be and fpt / file mananger. Should i do that and upload wordpress to there?

If any1 could help me out or explain me that would be great. Can't seem the find the answer myself.
Maybe i should've used HG, but yea to late now and it's only for 2 MNS for the moment.

SOLUTION:
Here is the exact solution i have been looking for, hope i can help other

If you have multiple domains and have 1 running on 1 hosting plan (that allows more) follow these steps:
1. my account
2. web hosting -> launch

In that cpanel:
1. Under domains -> addon domains
2. fill in: New Domain Name:
3. i leave the rest as it is just pick a password
4. add domain

Now the next part is installing wordpress or other cms (this was actually the part where i got stuck):
1. cpanel
2. Under web applications -> wordpress
3. install this application
4. domain drop down list -> select the domain
5. fill in the rest as you like and hit install at the bottom

a quick warning - stay away from godaddy

and here is your answer

To Add Domains

  1. Log in to your Account Manager.
  2. Click Web Hosting.

  1. Next to the hosting account you want to use, click Launch.

  1. From the More menu, select Hosted Domains.
  2. Click Add Domain.
  3. Enter the domain name in the Domain field.
  4. For Deluxe and Ultimate plans, enter a new or existing folder in the Folder field. This is where you need to upload the domain's website. If you do not enter a folder, the domain works as an alias.Do not enter any spaces in the Folder field.
  5. Click OK.

thx, yea should've researched on hosting, just figured godaddys been here a while and well known, didn't think it would suck
and stupid interface.. to confusing

contact customer service. you can run as many as you like on deluxe. maybe your missing a step or there might be internal glitch.

Godaddy's hosting control panel is a real pain in ass. It's slow and also they always change the interface. There are better hosting providers with cheaper prices and cPanel. I know it' too late for changing host for now but you will realize it soon. :)

I too wouldnot recommend hostogator now a days..

Try justhost or bluehost

Thanks
