For anybody that's ever bought anything from Ali. If you use a credit card, do they charge it as credit or as a cash advance?

They charge it as Cash advance
Alright next question is there any payment processor or money transfer that does credit? Paypal, moneygram
The reason I ask is b/c I have a limit as to how much I can get on a cash advance which is much lower than the credit limit. Also higher interests fees
