I was wondering is someone could find a way to contact this site:

Contact details are non-existent, whois data is protected, robots.txt doesn't help (but is interesting), and sitemap is non-existent!!

I am stumped.

I paid Margaret Vail Anderson who calls herself "librarian" to review my work and list it. She maintains libraries like http://www.digital-librarian.com . She took $1500 but then denied she ever takes money from anyone. Later she asked for more, if I wanted to be listed. After I told her I would expose her, she started making all kind of threats and how she is connected to all libraries around the country.

When you have done the same thing for 3+ hrs: find "submit" or "contact" link, submit etc. Move on. You get into a pattern where you don't even read the site!!
