My second order and I'm absolutely amazed with quality of articles! I've ordered 8 articles (1500 words each) and all of them are well researched and seo optimized. Really recommend this seller and will order again definitely!

**DISCLAIMER** We are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders and with the Thanksgiving holiday approaching in the US leaving all of our writers unavailable from Nov27-Dec01, our TAT will be twice as long. We should be back to our usual TAT after the holiday. The TAT may be longer than whats quoted.

Oh shucks! Does this mean that any orders that are place from now on will be delivered after December 02?
 
Hi Natasha,

I have just seen that you are closing your site for 6 days. I know your writers are not available, but why didn't you leave your order form live ? I honnestly wouldn't mind ordering now, and then wait till December the 5th or 6th for the articles to be written.

Thanks for the message.

We're shutting the site down as to not give customers the wrong impression. From experience in the past with leaving the service open over the Holidays, many customers assumed that by taking orders our service was also processing and fulfilling them during the Holidays as well - leading to misunderstandings and a string of customer requests for updates.

So we're temporarily shutting the service down during Holiday downtime to remove any potential misunderstandings and confusion.

We will experiment with having a pop over message open in the future so that we can continue taking orders while letting customers know upfront about a change in turnaround times - that may be a good alternative in the future that I'll look in to.
