Does anyone work/sell affiliate programs in China and Japan?

​Assuming that I have a very good niche product and program ready but only in english, what would be a best way to start selling it in chinese and japanese market. How big barrier is the language? How to promote it there? How to pay to your affiliates. (I guess they don't use ppal there??)
CPA, dropshipping, fixed commission.
I will appreciate a lot all your opinions..
