I surely will. I just feel like I've been treated like a machine rather than a human. They at least could have kept the option open to order gigs. Does not make any sense. I'm angry and laughing at the same time :-/

Well, I have like 3 - 4 accounts with them and I log in them from only one PC - only in different browsers.

Fiverr sucks in this case, they should have known better that the system is not 100% accurate and they should have let you appeal at least.

Sorry about that, man. Since you don't sell Jack on that account, you'd better create a new account and order the gigs.

What about proxies ? Perhaps you have used some public proxy which was shared by some other people registered on Fiverr ? Makes me wonder, why they were so adamant about their decision...

I actually have only one account. I have never even logged into someone else's account. I just log into that same account from two different countries (only from my home PCs. I travel between those countries). Never used any proxies either. And I have been doing this for more than a year now. I am 100% sure that no other fiverr accounts were created or accessed from these two PCs in the last 3 years.

If they actually had done any manual review then their common sense would have prevailed. I don't sell anything from that account (well, one gig has been there forever which made 5 sales in 3 years). I used the account just to buy gigs. There is no reason for me to make more than one account.

lol, i think they don't have the system yet for detecting that, they do it manually, because i know some guys who are running more then 6 accounts on same ip without any problem.
