Can I use an Old Dynamic Ip for a Proxy?

Hey
I have a dynamic Ip and can change it whenever I want to. My thing is can I save the ip addresses I change to proxies?

For Example: I change my ip to a new one, and save the old one as a proxy.

Is this possible? and would it make me look suspicious to my ISP? FYI my ISP is the largest Internet Provider in the country so maybe I can stay under the radar. I dont have cash for the amount of private proxies I need.
I need 100 private proxies but can't pay so this is why I'm asking.
So what can I do with the old ip I change?

than use some free vpn's, scrape public proxies (check hidemyass) and use it directly into your browsers, also check the proxies section of the forum.

I don't think this will work, it's not really how the underlying technology works. Good thinking though.

you mean using separate firefox instances to work indvidually for HMA addon, i think you can do that by using virtualbox and install each FF in separate OS. don't know for sure, just research a little on google you will find something.
