I'll reserve final judgment until I get my order report, but at this point my observations are that the OP is well behind his quoted TAT, and doesn't proactively communicate.

hmmm work load seems to be pretty high for past two weeks so there is small delay, we are trying to give our best TAT with more bonus links for delayed TAT.And i am kind of travelling here and there so in and out on skype...buzz me there....i am back to work now.

Seodonn, I don't think it matters what kind of service you offer - if you can't meet your promised TAT, do three things;
a) Update your posted TAT;
b) Proactively communicate with the people who are expecting what you've promised;
c) Don't offer excuses or reasons.

And remember - people fundamentally don't care what happens as long as they're expecting it! So when you say TAT is '7 days', that's what people expect!
If it's going to be longer, change your offer and say "TAT could be up to 30 days, if you're in a hurry please don't order". That would be up front, and you'd still get 99% of the orders anyway, and as a nice bonus, your inbox wouldn't be full of 'where's my order' messages!

You just ruin your own credibility, and piss people off, when you make promises you can't keep.
As a seller, you can either be known as 'the slow guy who delivers a great service that's worth waiting for', or 'the guy who promises 7 days but takes 4 weeks and doesn't communicate'.

I think your sales would be 100% higher than they are now if this thread wasn't full of 'where's my report' and 'no reply from OP' comments - you've got some glowing testimonials for quality of work, but the buying experience appears to suck.

As with all my posts - 'nothing personal, just business'.

I've just received my report. First thing i will explain are my SERP results. Few days ago my site dropped from page 3 to page 12! Over the past few days I've climbed and currently on page 4. When I saw the drop I had the feeling it was the fall before the rise as work was being carried out. So I would say I was right with this and will let everyone know if I surpass my ranking before the fall. I have faith that I will be saying it has in a couple of days.

So as SERP results isn't anything for me to be going by at this point I will go into the report side of things though. I have to say as detailed as the report is, the work gone into building the links is top notch! Different videos and pictures have been placed on the posts, and all in all looks really natural! For the money this service is down right impressive! SEODonn is giving one impressive service for the price and I'd like to thank him for the hard work and more importantly the extra links!

So all in all I'm looking forward to telling you my SERP when they increase. Though something I have left out, even though my SERP's in the big G has been dancing the past couple of days. My site has gone from no where to #2 for one of my keywords on both yahoo and bing a couple of days ago!

Once I've given it a couple of days to see what happens in the SERP's I can see myself ordering again!

Not saying what I actually did but i've jump started the blogs and have now surpassed my former standing, actually I went from page 6 to page 5 over the weekend and now i'm in top spot on page 2 over night! Also to answer a few questions above, this would be fine for ecommerce and also you do not need this to be dripfed. Your gaining 15 dedicated blogs (not blog posts) which to google appear to be talking about your site. The majority of other links are pointing towards these blogs. Imagine it as 15 fan websites talking about your website. If your site was that great that people wanted to create fan websites surely that means your site should hold importance in the search engines? In theory this holds true to google's original goal of giving you the most relevent search results. I know theres more conplexity then this though i'm just trying to break it down a little.
