What's the best off-shore host that ignores DMCA notices? Also what is the best register that will ignore them as well?

I didn't mean to be rude :P. i already looked at the 2 sellers in the marketplace and they both have pretty bad reviews. Thank you for trying to help though :).

No worries man, been trying myself. Not easy to find a trustworthy one.

Maybe try find out what server one of the free movies sites is hosted on, like let me watch this and so on.
 
I know koddos company is the best in terms of delivering offshore hosting service.
Servers are stable and prices are affordable.
 
My friend had this issue with hostingmonkey.co but they didn't delete his account, just told him he had to make some changes in order to stay online. So he made a few tweeks here n there, bought a new domain n stuck his site back up.... lol
