Anyone have success monetizing Pinterest traffic without Google Adsense? I get about 35k pageviews a day in the food niche, but can't seem to find a great way to monetize the sites. I've tried relevant CPA offers, a few Clickbank products and some Amazon. None of these have worked so far. I mean these people defiantly click, but they don't buy shit. Maybe I need another program like Adsense? I was making very good money with them, but my account got a warning, so I quit using it. Don't wanna lose out on the pending money.

Any advice would be much appreciated. I'm going to stick with the CPA offers and test tons of them, but I'm not hopeful.

Thanks

I have just started trying yahoo/bing ads to see how they perform. They accepted me using a site adsense blocked ads on so seem a bit more relaxed.

I tried yahoo/bing ads, just to check them out, and believe me my earnings were about 8x less than adsense.

Just sent a request yesterday. Still waiting for response.

I have tried 7search they allowed ads on my site after google disabled theirs. However they pay way less than google. I have sense rebuilt my website resubmitted to google, so far the ads are still their after 4 days.

infolinks?

i dont know how much they pay in the food niche, but in my niche i get some $30 ecpm, give it a try

Try selling custom shirts... With something related to your niche...
I don't remember the site name, but is a site that sells shirts customized by your needs and you just get the commission.
I have seen a lot of people banking very well like this :D

Nothing will compare to Adsense, believe me. You should try CPA instead.

Make a blog in a fod niche-your nishe. Then test aff with banners and links and get the traffic from pinterest into your blog. Create 20-30 useful articles and the result will be great!

RIght now i am using Media.net and bidvertiser both are doing pretty well with pinterest traffic
I would not recommend Infolinks they have pretty low cpc

interesting.
if you don't mind me asking, what are your CPM's for media.net and bidvertiser?

Media.net can be a good alternative, if you send them consistent traffic, CPM tends to improve over time but the food niche might be a tough nut to crack but definitely worth a shot.

Forgive my ignorance but why does google block you from having their ads on your site if you get traffic from pininterest?

@dipsets I don't think it's as much the traffic being from pinterest as it is that most of the people's sites who commented on this thread are a bunch of scraped images without any value to the person viewing their website. Google requires that there is significant content on each page with adsense and that just doesn't cut it.
