BHW is unreachable since yesterday from belgium..

yeah i am also facing the problem and
today i was using HMA and unfortunately / mistakenly i clicked bhw page on my browser!! and i can see its working!
then again i logged out from VPN and thried to loginin from my real IP! Same 403 error!

I have asked one of my friend from India...same issue with him!
