How come you guys don't reply to emails? Emailed you guys on 22nd and still no reply. To this day, we have been waiting for site suggestions that you guys said will help but you guys never offered them to to us.

Usual problem chaps. Do you ever answer your emails? We were surprised to have a Skype chat on Monday but you missed it and have ignored 3 emails since. Really bad customer service constantly missing Skype meetings and ignoring emails. The only time you ever seem to get back to me is when I bitch on here :-(

For some reason some of the emails aren't reaching our end. If the same is happening for someone else, please contact me on skype or via PM.
 
I have gone through the thread but I can't find information for the type of links you guys build. Is this service white hat,grey hat or black hat?

We don't have a blue print, we have a solution for your site compared to your competitors etc

Some sites need social, some need anchor, some need brand. It really does depend on the site and the competition


Using the same old crap for every website doesn't work :)

We have our own writers and apart from rank tracking, everything is pretty much manual - You define the whatever hat you'd want to wear ;)

We don't provide reports because they're time consuming and 95% of people don't actually read them anyway. We go by rankings and traffic, then conversions - No point ranking a website if you're not converting right?
 
Just got back from skype with Greg. We stopped at "one stop seo boutique" five weeks ago and this is how our rankings improved:

Total exact searches : 5400 with highest cpc kwrd of $56, so would say pretty competitive niche.
Now here is the story... I had quite a hard time to get in touch with Dan & Greg through emails and PMs, thus must take into an account that Dan had some health issues and probably all workload landed on Greg`s shoulders.
Today finally got on skype with Greg and he replied to all questions I had and I can easily mark it as an overall very enjoyable conversation.
Customer support might be kind of weak but by speaking with Greg this is the past as they are back on green.
Anyway, the results are what counts here and for that kind of results I`m always willing to sacrifice a little weaker support. Despite you won`t get answers on how your sites get ranked, I highly recommend this service. Thanks!

I have tried to contact you via email for the last month and no answer. I see that everyone here is having a problem with cusotmer support, I wish I was made aware of this issue earlier. I need to speak to someone (Greg or Dan) ASAP !

Can you PM me your email AND the email you're emailing to?


Emails are covered pretty much around the clock but since we moved to gmail for our emails, we've noticed the odd person say they've not had a reply. I can't find anything in our spam box (checked weekly) and we only have one email set up and I'm sure thats a catch all address
 
I can't PM you. My "newbie" status does not allow me (need 15 posts in BHW). How else can I contact you ... ?
