Can you extract single words out of a webpage/html script?

All the words are connected to an '@'.. so I'm sure there would be a way to extract any word with an '@' connected to it out of a webpage/html script? I just dont know how, if anyone knows it would be appreciated.

You can use php to create your email harvester.
