Hello :)

I first time came to BHW on 2008, but haven't ever written too much. Now it's time to start. Here's my little story and plans for the future.

- Past -

I'm 19 years old guy from small country in Europe. My making money journey started back in 2007. I was uploading some warez stuff and was earning up to $1 daily (it was pretty much for 13 y.o boy from rather poor country). However it was quite arduous for me and I couldn't scale it up. I ended my warez journey in 2008.

On the same year I heard about PPS affiliate programs in my country. I read something about SEO and built few websites. Meanwhile I was really fascinated with a group of old blackhatters from my country - guys have been doing really huge money since very old times. I dreamt about doing the same, but I thought I don't have enough experience and Google is much better than in 2004-2005. I promoted my websites using white/grey hat methods. I made about $150 in my best month and I was happy anyway.

In 2011 I discovered PPD affiliate programs. I started with sharecash and then moved to a CPA network (content lockers). I was creating and uploading Youtube videos. Everything was going great, earnings were increasing (was making about $300 a month), all seemed easy to scale up... and boom. I've made a mistake and got all my Youtube accounts banned. I didn't give up, created new accounts, but never was so succeed with Youtube again (someone can tell: $10 daily isn't a big deal. But not for me at that time).

Few months earlier I set up several websites and wanted to gain some traffic from Google (it's more stable than this from Youtube). All those websites didn't got well positions in SERPs. Except one, that unexpectedly jumped into TOP10 on main keyword and stayed there for a few months, giving me almost 1000 bucks in the best month.

Meanwhile I built few other websites (similar, content-lockers, etc) and was trying to promote them. Some of them didn't even got good positions in SERPs, some niches I chosen just weren't profitable.

Good times ended few months ago, when my main website's Google rankings dropped and I lost almost whole traffic. My second best website also dropped from top not a long time ago.

- Present & Future -

What now? Hmm, now I earn about 50-100 bucks monthly. I recently set up a new website in my best niche and I'm trying to bring my second best profitable website back to TOP10. I also try to do some new projects.

It's sad that I'm "in business" since 2008 and my current earnings are so low. I probably know few reasons of this... I'm rather lazy person that is able to work really hard only under pressure of other people. I want keep doing IM stuff, however I feel a bit depressed and not motivated enough to do a really huge job in a longer period of time. I got a lot of time to work, but I keep wasting 90% of it! Also, almost everything in IM I do alone. Don't have any IRL or Web friends to share ideas, work together, etc.

Anyway, I won't give up and that's why I've written this thread. Hope you guys will help keep me motivated to work! I'm gonna put some updates in this thread (maybe daily? what do you think?) of my progress in work. Also, if you have any questions, just ask :)

PS: Sorry for my bad English, but it's not my native language.

Get a part time job, if you are lazy and wasting your 90% time. that will keep you motivated, and you can continue your journey too, besides extra income never hurts.

Yes, it's a good idea. I looked through job offers in my area yesterday, but didn't find anything special. I will ask my friend that recently was looking for a job.

By the way, yesterday I worked almost whole day :) Hope this day will be even better.

Best of luck on your journey man

Thanks :)

Two last days weren't too good, but today I've done all things I had planned yesterday to do (unfortunately mostly not associated with IM, but I'm satisfied anyway). Earnings are still very low - under $1 daily (wow, that's SO bad, time to do something with it).

--------------------------------------------------------------
25.11.2013 - average $1 daily
--------------------------------------------------------------

Time to make a plan for tomorrow... This time 100% IM, since I don't have any other things to do.

I recently work on few different projects:
- 2 websites with content lockers / PPD - aiming only at Google traffic
- 1 website with content locker / PPD - aiming mostly at social traffic
- my own methods around promoting adult CPA
- Fiverr gigs (got 1 active gig with only 1 order so far)
- manually building single tumblr account on a specific niche - but I don't think it'll be profitable enough and I'll probably stop doing that. Instead maybe I'll write tumblr bot using their API to build many accounts like this
- few others

Plan for 26.11.2013:

- manually build Tier 1 backlinks for first 2 websites from the list above & set GSA SER campaign to boost all Tier 1 backlinks
- update social profiles around those websites
- put some new content

- do something more, maybe start a new project (probably something around PPD)

Will post an update tomorrow! :)

In my opinion you're trying to do too much too fast. I wasted almost 2 years of jumping from idea to idea without seeing any of them through till the end. As soon as I concentrated on one single idea and gave it everything I had, it clicked pretty fast. Some experienced guys have lots of projects on the go, yes, but they usually do them one at a time. You should only be doing more than one project if your first one is running successfully and leaves you time to start something else.

What Pitbully just said really applies to everyone; focus on one thing at the time. Also, did you use proxies to log in each youtube account?

Hmm, right. I'm gonna choose only one website or method and stick to it. I don't what it will be yet. Maybe I'll choose a random.

Also, did you use proxies to log in each youtube account?

Sure. At the beginning about 5 accounts per proxy, then 1 account per proxy. My first mass ban of YT account was definitely my fault - I tried to do something with a new software and accidentally log into most account through one proxy. However few months later my accounts were often mass-banned and I still don't know why (didn't see any footprint). One of the possible explanations are over-used proxies (they were always private, but definitely not "virgin" and probably someone used them in past to similar things).

Few months ago I tried to come back into mass video uploading, now using Vimeo instead of Youtube. My accounts got always banned, sooner or later (probably because of proxies, because I tried different things and they got banned anyway). I don't remember if I even tried to test what happens if I use my own IP instead of proxy. Maybe it's a good idea. Will check it in future, but now I stick to a single idea :)

It's been a while since my last post. About a month ago, my earnings were about $1 daily. Now (average of 19 days) it's $4 daily. Still almost nothing, but $4 is more than $1 so I keep doing my job, trying and learning new things.

Will post next update in few weeks.

Update #2: 19.12.2013 - average $4 daily

Hello again, 3 months later. First two months were not too good - I didn't do much and didn't earn much. I was still thinking of 1000 methods at once, finally ending up with nothing. But... 3 weeks ago I came up with an idea to organise my work. I decided to spend my time during one week on one niche only, without even thinking of other niches or methods. And it worked. For the first week I chosen my best website ($1 daily) and planned to improve it, add some backlinks, etc. Now, after two weeks it gives me almost $10 daily (average - last week).

On the second week, I focused on configuring my software, scraping lists for GSA and finding new footprints.

Third week started without any idea and I wasted the first day. I decided to split the week and spend the first half on non-IM things and the second half on building and updating backlinks to my best website.

Now I wonder about the next week. I have two ideas. The first is to spend the week on building many spammy websites / parasites and creating many spammy backlinks to them using GSA SER, testing various schemes of backlink building.

The another idea is to keep working on niche/website that already works (my best website, mentioned earlier). This idea sounds wiser. As someone told me in this thread (can't see who, because I'm writing from my phone now :p), sticking to one method / niche until it starts to generate a serious income is probably the best.

I'll try to update my thread more often now, so stay tuned for the further posts :)

Update #3: 28.03.2014 - average $10 daily

I'm rooting for you dude. I want to you succeed like crazy so I know that I can do it too. Be the shining light bro!

I decided to choose the wiser way:

The another idea is to keep working on niche/website that already works (my best website, mentioned earlier).

However I had some motivational troubles and didn't do much this week. Nevermind. I realized that I need a clear plan what to do next.

What do I have now?

Money website which is placed on 5-10 position on main keyword and gets about 400 UU daily (99% Google traffic).

What do I want to achieve?

Money website that gets about 1000 UU daily - 70% of traffic from Google, 30% of traffic from other websites. Google part should be done by getting into TOP1 or TOP2 on the main keyword. I'll take care of the non-Google part later.

How do I want to achieve this?

Backlinks, backlinks, backlinks...

I want to build the following amounts of backlinks during next few weeks. If you have any advices about this, please, let me know.

  • 3 websites / blogs on *.com domains (treated like almost normal money pages)
  • 10 text web 2.0s related to my niche with scheduled articles and everything
  • 20 high PR social bookmarks
  • 10 blog comments from niche-related blogs
  • 10 backlinks from high-PR social networks (not related to the niche)
  • 50 forum posts from niche-related forums
  • 1 quality Youtube video
  • 1 quality document, posted to all high PR doc sharing sites
  • (as many as possible) backlinks from niche related social networks, microblogs, etc etc

+ some social signals (Twitter tweets / retweets, Facebook shares, etc)
+ updating old web 2.0s

I don't a strict plan about the second tier yet.

A little update.

I'm still doing my plan listed above (yeah, still, I'm fu**** lazy). Done about 1/5 of it, damn. Hope that it'll be 100% done on my next update in this thread.

Website was about 5-10 on main KW, now it's 4-6. The traffic increased a bit and few days ago I had my best day so far - earned almost $30 :)

Update #5: 28.03.2014 - average $15 daily (based on the last 7 days).

A little update.

I keep doing my SEO plan (almost done). It took me more than a month, maybe next time I'll work more efficiently.

My website was on #3 position but yesterday dropped to #6-7 (probably it's Google-dance caused by adding some new content - I'm trying not to panic and keep doing my job).

Update #6: 09.05.2014 - average $10-$15 daily.

Another update.

My website went back on #3 position shortly after my last post. Yesterday it reached #1 position, kept it for few hours and soon dropped to #6 and now to #9. I'm trying not to panic again and keep doing my job. I have an idea about a reason of that drop - I've recently posted some comments on quality blogs with "Latest comments" widget in sidebar / footer. That means an approved comment creates site-wide backlink visible on all pages of the blog. Sounds good, but after few hours/days/weeks the comment gets pushed out of the "latest" list and all backlinks disappear. And as far as I know Google doesn't like disappearing backlinks because it look suspicious and spammy. If I'm right and that's the true reason then my website isn't too strong yet

The first part of my SEO plan is done (I finished building tier 1 backlinks, web 2.0s, etc). Now it's time to strengthen those backlinks by building another backlinks (tier 2), adding new content and keeping them alive.

My tier 2 backlinks quality will depend on tier 1 sites they're linking to:

  • high quality for *.com domain websites
  • medium quality for high-pr backlinks and text web 2.0s
  • low quality for others

I'm gonna build the most of tier 2 backlinks manually. Tier 3 will be created using GSA.

Update #7: 20.05.2014 - average $12 daily (this month).

Remember one thing Hard work is a key to success, and there is no shortcut to success.
You just need to keep try and try untill you get proven.
If you are saying that you are lazy, then do whichever activity that you love to do, and keep in mind god has given something unique to you, search it out and work on that.
