How long does it take to complete the new order? Is it really 7-14 days as described on the thread? I noticed you have a huge delayed on delivery for latest orders.

That's not true for latest orders, we had few issues in the past where we were totally overloaded with the orders, but now everything is back to normal with fast turnaround times.
So now it's really 7-14 days for package super and 14-20 days for package ultimate.
No reply from email.. I would like to find out when will I be expecting my reports, thanks!

I have use this service two times and I don't know whether it's just me or what, I have lost major rankings by using this service.
Last time I gave OP the benefit of doubt since the 2.1 Update came as he was working on the website.
This time I guess I don't have a reason to explain. I am not a SEO, I am an end user who buys by reviews and results but OP has let us down on this occasion.

how many money keywords is this service providing for you?
You do realise you are on a black hat forum using a service that is clearly black hat, some people are lucky some get caught up .
Have you had a message from Google or have you just lost some rankings to some keywords, as if its the latter it would be 100% your fault for not varying your anchors, if you had a warning and can identify the links ask the seller if he/she can remove.
