I am a current customer of EpicWrite, didnt realise they had a thread here. Time for me to Rant.
Here is my review:
5 nov 13 , i email them to tell them that i am looking for 210 article to be written. They told me no problem, just send them the detail. That why i decided to test them out, end up. It fail so badly.
6 nov 13, i ordered and paid for the US writer $5/ 500words. (Note that i only order 1 article of 500words)
I receive an email from "Maricel M" their support "Your project has already been assigned to a writer. It will be completed within 3 business days or less. Should there be any reason for delay, you will be notified through email.
For any other concerns, please send us an email at [email protected]"
6- 13 nov 13 - No update , no article done
13 nov 13, Login to check the status. My article was put to pending. i sent an email to the support - through their website .
Their support replied my email in 3 hours "i\'ll look into this and have it delivered within 24 hours or less."
14 nov 13 - No update - Sent another email to their support
15 nov 13 - A auto generated email tell me that my project was complete (Note that they did not bother to reply to my support )
I email the support again - asking for reason for delay.
18 Nov 13 - " I truly apologize for the inconvenience. Rest assured we are looking into this so that we can improve our services."
Look at the time gap they need. I ordered the Professional package , which they claim to take only 5 days.
End up they take up 12 days to complete 1x 500 words. Without a reasonable reply, they make false claim of promise.
And did not reply unless you prompt them further, after prompting them further they only reply 3days later.

Nope he sure didn't. I was reading the previous pages. But so far they have sent an email saying the order was started so I'll see how it goes.

We really apologize for this inconvenience. We had a surge of projects due to our advertising campaign with several websites, and such, haven't foreseen the high demand - but we'll be pausing it for a while.
Our current turnaround time with some projects now could get doubled (From 5 days --> 10 days). I'll also inform your account managers right away regarding your support issues.
You have the right to rant here - and we know it's our mistake.

Review - Haven't received my review copy yet, but have received the articles from my first order. I'm a little disappointed that the review article is taking longer, but then again I can understand the OP has a lot of review articles to get through.
I ordered 8 articles, 500+ words each. Spelling is perfect. Grammar is very close to perfect, only one or 2 small issues which won't make any difference. Topic was well researched and articles are exactly what I was hoping for, and far better than what I was expecting.
Total turn around time as a little slower that advertised, almost 2 weeks to the day from when I ordered, but worth the wait.
I recommend Epcwrite to anyone needing quality articles written.
