so i posted but my free trial ended up costing me 6 bucks, i must of missed something. i am 4 credits up for my next order though...

Your free trial comes with 20 credits this should allow you to order 2 (350 words) articles however if you decide to purchase other services, and there is not enough credit then you will have to add more credit. It totally depends on how you are using the credits.

Yes the promotion is still open, sorry we do not allow Non-English articles to be submitted.

I bought their most expensive service ($500 or so, I can not see it any longer on their website) and it has been a total disaster!
We were well indexed for with all keywords at position 10-30 of Google, and we have fallen down incredibly quickly after we bought their service, with several keywords been thrown out of Google completely! This is the last tracking report provided by them (I have cancelled the keywords):

Hi matula, I'm sorry for your bad experience, I was reviewing your campaign earlier today, it seems one of the reasons rankings got knock off not due to the network itself but the way your keywords were linked. It seems all 30 articles were pointing to the same URL with the same short & rich key phrases and they were being heavily promoted which could potentially triggered Google in this case. This is why we have been enforcing new rules for our users that when promoting keywords, you must not only diversify your keywords selections but your inner pages as well.

To make it up to you, if you have a different site you want to promote, I will happy to run another campaign on our costs. We will also assist you on making onsite recommendations as well as linking strategies.

I will certainly not give you another site to work on after the damage you caused to this site!You told me that you were going to manage all the aspects of the campaign for me, and only now you notice that something went wrong???wouldn't be more serious if you propose to fix this situation?
In 3 weeks you managed to destroy the work we did in 12 years!!!! until you fix this huge disaster, I strongly recommend everybody to stay away from this company, it's by far the worst result we ever had.

I am not going to debate with you on BHW about who is right or wrong, as everyone knows the last major Penguin 2.1 was updated on October 5th at 5pm EST. We sent you the report to you on the 1st of October with links just finished being built, there is NO WAY ALL OF YOUR LINKS BUILT BY US WERE ALL INDEXED IN 3 DAYS TIME PERIOD.

It typically take at least 2 weeks for Google to index everything so apparently your site was effected by the Penguin 2.1 due to whatever link building strategy you used or had in the past. They may worked very well for you up until the updates just like everyone else. Now you put all the blame on us, your site would've been penalized regardless.

We have been working with hundreds of clients/webmasters in the past 4 years, and apparently you are the only one who is not happy.

Now I have advised my staff to start removing all of the links for your campaign and will send you the report upon completion.
