I'll go straight to the point... I have an idea and I want to make it come to life.

I want to hire someone who can create a website like: zoombucks.com or irazoo.com

Obviously, a referral system will be implemented just like in the sites above. This is my BIGGEST project so I want to hire a person who really knows what he's doing, and knows how to create this type of business. This is basically what you would call a "GPT site".
