I would also wish to say that CPA white hat it's extremely hard and time consuming, so the ratio timerofit isn't so good at all.
If you want to go "white hat" just do affiliate marketing, where you got way more niches to monetize (so more unsaturated keywords) and a higher sale ratio. Same goes if you want to do ppc/ppv, affiliate marketing will always earn you more than an email submit, if you took enough time and cash to "laser target" your buyers.

Earnings vary quite a lot. CPA isn't my only source of income, and a lot of other earnings come from products, affiliate networks and Adsense. There is good days and bad days, some days it'll be $XX and other days $XXX. It just depends, keeping consistent earnings can be hard.
