Takes 18 - 48 hours to get a reply from you on a live project for a customer whose site is currently down and concerned that he might be losing business while the site is down. So far, I'd give communication a 2 out of 5.

Replies do take some time I admit. Sometimes a couple of hours and sometimes more than 24 hrs infact. But I am honest about that from the beginning.And communication is always done in a proper manner, albeit a bit slowly sometimes. But I tell that before anybody hires me.Thank YouAakshey

Hi1. Please calm down and be patient. 2. I already told you that each revision or work process takes an average (NOT maximum) of 2-5 days approximately.3. Your work is being done. I have emailed my guy and am trying to do it soon.4. I have replied to all your emails and skype messages and told me that I am working on it. Which proves that you are over reacting and that I am not ignoring you. It is just taking the usual course of time it takes me to do stuff. You have received at least a single reply to every message you sent. So please calm down and just drop reminders via email or skype whenever you feel the need to, but don't over exaggerate it. 5. BHW is down for me. Am using via a proxy. Any replies to this thread or even via PM may go unanswered. 6. If you wish to contact me, skype me and send the same reply via email. I may or may not reply on skype. But I will attend to your email in a max of 0.5-4 days or so. Usually faster than this though, much faster as you know already.7.
