Old member but still can't post at download section

I have been a member in the forum for quite few years and have contributed to the forum as you can see in my thanked post.

Posts Per Day: 0.01
Total Thanks: 7

But when I tried to post in the download section for some products and course, I receive the below error message. Can the admin please check on my status as how can I have just 13 total posts when I was thanked in 29 posts. Thanks

I think you're posting on sections that doesn't count so your post count is still 13.

Mate you need to increase your post count to be able to post n download section
Second thing your post count is not increasing as there are few section where posts are not counted
