Before August my website get 1lks visitors in every month. But Now its only 20K to 30k. Any suggestion to recover my site.

you need to focus in off page seo make better links on good pr sites

Your math is screwed up but just basing on the fact you were penalized you will need to disavow all
bad links and then add more unique content to your site.
