Just letting you know that if they catch you giving fake info you can be put in prison. I'm not trying to scare you just letting you know the risk of creating a fake identity.

I have never once heard of someone going to prison for providing documents for a stealth PayPal account. If they can contact you
to send you to prison then your stealth account was not much to start with.

I'm not a lawyer. But I think, your fake ID could relate with other ppl to pass their validation, and in that case the identify owner or the company could sue you for fake identify. It's considered a criminal in US.

To make it work for long term, I think it's better to do it clean.
