Hello.If you have a partener with a network like (machinima,tgn,marker etc.) and buying lets say high retention views (heard bigbuddy offers quality ones) you would get payd for those views you buy?i mean do those count?

Nope, they aren't 'real' views, won't be counted as monetized views anymore.

You don't get the amount of money they provided since they paid views didn't click on the advertisements that the network has specified. The CPM is just a rough estimate on how much you would earn if those were real organic views.

damit! unlucky i guess because the option to get partener on youtube for my country was just aproved this year so untill now i could not do anything with youtube in the metter of building a channel.

I've been working on a completely new system to deliver views which will count towards adsense as a service. It will be cheap, reliable and you will be able to earn adsense money. I'll probably make the price per K similar to what you would earn, so you can boost views, but make the same amount back with adsense.

megaviews.io , sign up , watch videos , get points/view. have them delivered as a twitter ref, and u will get $ for these views. (If ur in a partnership with a network)
