I've never come across any issues thus far with gambling tbf, we sometimes face issues with flat out porn kws and certain pharma kws, but even then its hit and miss as sometimes they will be ok then others they will get paused after a few days, but gambling I've not seen any issues with, if there was an issue we would contact the client then refund them like we always do in those example cases I mentioned!
