Hi I was just browsing through the threads like everyone and trying to help everyone with their problems, but I had to stop and start a thread since everyone here was making a common mistake.
Everyone appears to be asking for fast backlinks and everyone believes that a lot of backlinks will guarantee traffic or increased income.
Everyone is forgetting the fact that if it were so productive and lucrative to create backlinks using software then everyone would be making a killer earning from it.
Search engines (and I am mainly speaking of Google here) have made huge changes for the past 2 years, and I just want to let everyone know the times when you could start making money instantly from a new niche website by applying a few thousand backlinks is now over.
You're much better off finding a good high PR website and securing a genuine backlink from it instead of trying to backlink through software and auto linking tools.

Nothing wrong with using software to speed up manual tasks.
If you follow the sheep and use software like a spamming idiot - yes you stand a higher chance of failure
If you use it properly you win and save 90% of your time

So a good post for the 90% who will spam like sheep the minute you give them an application with a "start" button
But for the 10% who just use automation properly and have not fell into the Luddite trap of thinking that manual is the only way? Nah - missing the point.

Kudos for trying - the principle is right, it's the "application of the application" that is so often wrong

Oh and using automatic software doesn't mean that you will get a penalty - you just have to use it properly.

You are wrong. You are insinuating that I should go out and try to get links from other people by asking them or buying them. This is not what Google says to do. I believe as long as I have great content people will just find my site and naturally link to it. That is why I created a high quality site about toilet seat covers. The idea is to provide quality reads so that people will want to naturally link back to my site about toilets.

You of all people should know that content is King. You are very wrong in telling me to get links. You aren't so wise after all are you? Maybe you should improve the quality of your content so I can buy it from you and get natural links without trying.

Yes you are right; original backlinks are always natural but what people do is they purchase softwares and start backlinking their site in bulk. We all know that the website pointing your site must not be a spam site or Google may count it as bad link and you may get hit by the next update soon!
again, backlinks that are generated naturally are the best.
