Fiverr Rating Questions.

Hi everyone.I have some question related to Fiverr gig reviews.

First question is how sellers on fiverr keep their great rating some of them have 5k reviews some of them 20k but no at least 1 negative review.How that is possible? This guy right there http://fiverr.com/dino_stark/build-an-eminent-backlink-pyramid-good-youtube-seo.
I myself got one negative review for nothing i have contacted buyer but no response also cancelled order but negative review left.WTF?
How to ighone this fucking negative reviews and how that people keep this kind of ratings? Im in horror that someday someone will again leave negative review and will destroy my ratings?Can you suggest me something?And also i always deliver overdelivery always on time but some asshole may leave review to refund his money how to avoid that?
