Nope your fan page will not get suspended but if you are the only manager / content creator you will lose the right to post status updates.
So the best way to go is to have more then one manager or content creators on your page, so if one of your accounts is blocked/suspended then you will have the other manager to make posts on your page.

You need to get those likes over to a fan page and keep growing your audience. You can make really good money from fb pages but don't market products to aggressively - remember that people aren't on facebook to be sold to need to build trust with your audience.
The quickest way to keep growing the page is to post lots of content and encourage people to like, share and comment

no page will remain as it is without anyone managing it...I have one similar page the id is banned and page still exists
but
if there is content creator he can atleast post status of the page thou he cannot add another admin to the page
