We've been using DollarSEOHosting for months now and they really provide great service. Just today, I upgraded our account (+20 IPs) and their support immediately updated our account. Will certainly order more IPs soon since we are now starting to move out from free hosts.

We noticed that some people from Israel and Pakistan have been experiencing this. Also, one from remote area of Maharashtra India.
What we are doing about it?
1. We are upgrading to Raid 10 SSD drives.
- Will this help? We will find out in the next couple of days.
2. If the above step doesnt help, we have another plan of action. CDS by Akamai and Liquidweb.
Content delivery system CDS has hundreds of nodes and it stores database at these nodes and when requested, the page is served from the nearest node. We are a week away from implementing this.
Let us know how your sites respond in a couple of days.

Support is pretty much non existent, taking days to get even simple things done, hours between replies like "are you still experiencing problems" and when i reply, it takes a whole day to get another 1 liner reply. so i had no choice but to vent it out here.
1. I have tested it from a German and a French vps, and the result was the same, really slow loading.
2. sites are hacked AGAIN, with unique passwords 100 strength, and BPS security plugin installed.
3. right now the sites/WHM not even loading.
I am waiting for your "support" team to restore the sites, so i could move them to another host.
Edit: i have attached a screen cap of the latest support ticket, maybe i'm missing something there, and and support is awesome.

Will wait for Blackfriday hosting deals
All of my sites got hacked too! This was the second time that this has happened. Before I thought it was because I missed on doing a step on securing my sites but this time I don't think that is really the case.
I have Ninja Firewall, BPS Security, Brute Protect, and Wordfence installed on all 50+ sites but still hackers seems to have an easy access to everything hosted on this provider.
The other sites that I have were not not hacked, on the paid and even the ones on the free hosting sites, so I guess the issue really came from server/this provider.
Support asked for a list of whm usernames and they told me that they will have in restored -- they restored it but didn't even checked to see that they have restored to "unhacked" version of the files/database. I told them that I still see the "codes" on the sites but I did not hear anything from them after that. So I have to do it myself -- restoring more than 30 sites (I have previously restored the first 20+ sites). Really frustrating because I did everything to get my sites secured but those hackers can easily access my sites because of insecured hosting.

i used that coupon some time ago and even after one week i got nothing ( no email about my cpanel )

you are advertising your site on those small seo forums , but trust me you will not get many leads from there.

We have changed the server management company now, with a more reputed (according to users on wht). So hopefully will be even more secure.
We regret that 6 of our clients have their WP websites hacked. Wierd thing, 3 of the same are a repeat.
Is it possible that someone is hacking into your keyboard on your pc?
At the end of the day we should all protect ourselves by saving our own backup and it can be set up easily in your cPanel.
Set up in cPanel so the backup is emailed to you and not save on the server. Often the backup left on the server can also be hacked as in case of ThunderC.
