A quick review...
I signed up for a small pack for testing. Links were nicely placed and over delivery. No SERP movements yet but I believe it will soon.
And also, I forgot to mention that the reports were delivered very quickly.

Quantity - 46 instead of 30
PR - between PR2 & PR5
PA - average 30+
OBL - average 50+
Comments - generic, not very relevant to the blog content or the link, but acceptable.
So, in conclusion, it's a good service for the price. Recommended? Yep, of course!
