Yes much better to use your real name cos when they freeze your account in a whim they will ask for some proofs of who you are, and having it in your real name makes it a lot less tedious if that is possible.

Of course you would use your real name if it is your real PayPal account and you are planning on not breaking their
terms of service. You can go with a stealth PayPal account otherwise.
