What can I do with 600K email adresses ?

Take a random sample of 5k then test that with a SMTP connection or a data validation company to see what the failure rate is. The % of failures in that small sample will closely resemble the failure % of the larger list. After that you'll know if that list is worth your time.

Sorry for the stupid question but can you please suggest a few data validation companies? Also i'm 100% sure that these are not fake emails. What I'm concern is that all the messages to the list will be considered as spam. (like I said the list is not harvested and not opted in)
