Google messing around again. Will they ever quit?

Just a few minutes ago, after i cleared my cache with ccleaner, suddenly the google search results look different.

These people will never quit. Always messing with something. Do they honestly think that what they are giving users is what they want?

I wish they would quit messing with things. Its making my head ache.

The funny thing is that it actually caters to blackhatters and people who TRY to do SEO. I thought the whole point was to not build backlinks?

But they keep changing the algorithm and it hurts people that aren't professionals at SEO.

Me and my brothers had a website we build for 4 years. We were in the top 3. It took us years to get good quality links by going out and bugging people till they would give us guest posts. Finally we had them.

There was literally only 2 keywords that got traffic in our niche because it was small but it was starting to be a crowded space.

Then Google changed the algorithm and bye bye rankings. We were screwed. All our time to build that was gone all because we build our links based on a few keywords.

Sucks. Now I've turned to learning blackhat because I'd rather be a rankings whore then get raped by Google while trying to do things white hat.

Google is primarily an advertising platform and they do their best to squeeze as much as they can from AW. As for the rankings -they still work for me. Especially after the not provided slap.

Google interest is to make you to buy from them, this is why they change always the algorithm but in fact their BASE is the same - the index is the same only the way of searching and indexing methods are changed. So, from my point you should just keep adapt yourself or quit as above said.
All of us have to learn that Google is a private company and doesn't have to respond to any third part, they respond to their shareholders and their clients therefore this is their job to make their 2 important parts HAPPY. They don't care about you who are not their client.

Funny, those two things have me considering changing my personal email address.

I had been hearing that google was going to be getting away from cookies for tracking, and I believe they are already starting to put more emphasis on your account history. Minor evidence based on common searches I do and seeing some minor changes after clearing cookies and such. display ads showing up when surfing the web based on emails in my gmail account. Little things that are starting to add up.

The NSA wishes they knew as much about you as google does.

Yeah I've definitely been seeing some stupid SERP shuffling, but only in one niche. I'm clueless as to what the point of it is. Maybe they're trying to figure out what results people like better?

Google will only quit when they have exterminated all small businesses that do not participate in Adwords. The culling of small businesses will continue as Google squeezes even more organic listings out of their search results and replaces them with corporate elitists. Google's appetite for profits knows no boundaries and has no conscience. The devil can do no evil because the devil knows no good to distinguish the two apart.

Work hard, party harder and don't feed the beast that wants to dominate you.

The way Google changes every time shows that black hat methods, like it or not, are succeeding in some way to deter people from using Google's AdSense.

Neither anti-virus or virus-maker ever quits. So does we.

Google seem to be trying this with the piss poor search results they are displaying now. It's not a long term "win" for them of their users. You have to wonder how long they will keep displaying this crap - and how long people will put up with it.
