How do I jailbreak an iPhone 4 with IOS 7.0.3 from AT&T to use it on any carrier???
Can someone point me to any tested website with the tools and guide please.

Use redsn0w from what I read it looks like they have will (hopefully in a week) have an untethered jailbreak for iOS 7.0.3. (Go to getios and download iOS 7 if you don't want to wait.) When the jailbreak arrives. Anyways make sure to put your iPhone 4 in DFU mode.
Make sure your iPhone 4 is connected to your computer. 1. Shut your device off. 2. Hold the power and the home button (at the same time) for about 15 seconds. 3. Let go of the power button and keep holding the home button. Than just wait for redsn0w to go to work.
