U get paid from 10% to 20% of amount that u sell it. Sales can be from 50 to 500$ depending on how good you are.

I think only Lead matters so why you pay more for usa guy while you can get leads and same accent from other countries. Let me know if you are ready to deal with other countries.

You will always be looking for a cold caller. Telemarketing is not something you do for commission only. You will find the biggest idiots in the world and they will never get a sale.

Telemarketing is a hard job. You should pay someone a decent daily salary + commission if you really want this to work.

Well, I cant pay people if they dont sell anything! And this is a very specific thing where like 10 items per month are being sold to 10 or 20 buyers. Its not normal telemarketing. Plus, if u pay people by ther efficiency they tend to work harder

Go ahead and waste your time. I've been there and done that. It doesn't work. I have gone thru hundreds of telemarketer. If you want the ones that will actually sell, you need to pay them good.

So essentially, you would pay $100 per $500 sale? I assume you'd find someone for that. I'd do it, but I have easier means of acquiring clients. I won't lie, it is the most effective way to reach a large variety of people/leads.

Well, I have clients list(like 5 per slaes item) but u need to sell it only to one.

Please stop bumping your thread, I very much doubt anyone will take up this offer. 20% is not a good offer.

If you want a native English speaker who can actually sell over the phone you will not only have to increase your commission, but you will have to pay them hourly too.

Cold calling is not an easy job and very few people have the skills needed to sell over the phone.

You couldn't be more right! If you want a english speaking sales person/persons then usually even a min hourly plus commission will go along way.

I run a center and one most interview 50-60 people to get a class of 10 and only 2 will stick. Then you want to offer only commission and only at 20% for a product that they could not make more than 1500 a week, it wont be worth it.
