Hi, I just ordered and set up a Silver Plan with you. So far everything is great easy set-up and the control panel was great. I uploaded my Blog and I had one file for a "Test" and it's about 67Mb Video file. I wanted to see how it was going to work and after trying to download it the fastest speed I got was about 50KB-90KB which was just way to slow for downloading videos. My Blog is going to be Video intensive and will only have so many members (Password Protected the Site) and I plan to upgrade to VPS or Dedicated but used this Silver Plan as a test. How come the speed is extremely slow and is that the "Norm".

Edit: It seems to be faster now, does the shared hosting have a fluctuation or "peaks" and if so would the VPS and/or Dedicated plans be the same way?

Please open a support ticket if you're having any issues. There are, of course, some limits on shared hosting. VPS and dedicated server don't have those.
